Unfortunately, we are not able to assist you with an instalment plan.

My appeal was rejected by the issuer, can you help?

The ultimate decision lies with the issuer of the original parking fine. Parkiapay has limited resources to help change such a decision. However, in some cases a decision is wrong due to amendable technicalities such as language errors. If you believe this might be the case, email us.

I have sold my car, do I still need to pay?
